Job summary

Brite Nites Downtown San Jose, California seeks Seasonal Sales Representatives to design custom holiday lighting displays and close installation projects throughout the holiday season. This is a 1099 independent contractor role with pre-qualified appointments and flexible scheduling.

You’ll work in‑home and online, with AI design tools and fast quotes, earning uncapped commissions based on contracted sales and installations completed.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to close deals and generate sales in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for in-home and online consultations.
• Comfortable working as an independent contractor with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowner leads across your assigned territory and conduct professional in-home design consultations.
• Qualify online appointments and build estimates for online deals — turning around a custom quote with the fastest turnaround in the industry.
• Assess each property's layout and discuss the customer's preferences and budget.
• Build customized holiday lighting designs and visual proposals in Brite Base.
• Present pricing, answer questions, and confidently close — in person or remotely.
