Brite Nites in Charlotte, North Carolina seeks Seasonal Sales Representatives to design custom holiday lighting displays and close installation projects throughout the holiday season.

This is a 1099 independent contractor role — you run your own book, set your own schedule and territory, and earn uncapped commissions by closing qualified leads, online or in-home, with AI-driven design and fast quotes.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.
• Ability to travel throughout your assigned territory.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsabilités

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowner leads across your assigned territory and conduct professional in-home design consultations.
• Qualify online appointments and build estimates for online deals—turning around a custom quote with the fastest turnaround in the industry.
• Assess each property's layout and discuss the customer’s preferences and budget.
• Build customized holiday lighting designs and visual proposals in Brite Base.
• Present pricing, answer questions, and confidently close—in person or remotely.
• Document measurements, installation notes, and customer requests in our CRM.
• Follow up with customers when appropriate to maximize close rates.
