Job summary

Winter Park Resort is seeking a Lift Dispatcher (Seasonal) to support lift operations during the winter season. The role requires coordinating with maintenance, operators, and patrol to ensure safe and timely lift operations, and to maintain clear records of downtime and events.

The ideal candidate is 18+ with basic knowledge of aerial and surface lifts, proficient with two-way radios, and capable of using a phone with multiple lines.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience using a phone with multiple lines is required.
• Capable of professional and efficient two-way radio use.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch daily radio traffic with maintenance and operations.
• Track lift malfunctions and downtime; issue work orders as needed.
• Inform management of any developments affecting maintenance quality or records.
