Job summary

Winter Park Resort is seeking a Lift Dispatcher for the winter season. The role supports daily lift operations by coordinating radio traffic, logging downtime events, and communicating with maintenance teams to ensure safe, continuous operation.

Entry-level seasonal position with potential for advancement, requiring at least 18 years old, a high school diploma or GED, and basic radio operation skills. Includes benefits and a dynamic alpine work environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Experience with ski lifts is a plus but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Capable of professional and efficient two way radio use including fleet calls.
• Valid unrestricted US Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch daily radio traffic with lift operations and maintenance.
• Track lift malfunctions and create work orders for downtime events.
• Maintain detailed chronological records of extended downtimes or bottom line incidents.
• Communicate with Lift Maintenance Manager and other departments to coordinate needs.
• Assist with other duties as assigned and maintain a positive guest experience.
