Job summary

Winter Park Resort is seeking a Lift Maintenance Assistant for the winter season. This entry-level seasonal role supports lift operations by coordinating dispatch, communicating with maintenance and patrol, and ensuring timely information flow for safe lift operation.

The ideal candidate is 18+, comfortable on radios and multi-line phones, with basic lift knowledge and a valid US driver’s license; a first aid card is a plus. This position works indoors and outdoors in harsh winter conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience using a phone with multiple lines and two-way radio.
• Basic knowledge of aerial lifts, surface lifts or related equipment.
• Current standard first aid card is desirable; a valid US driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch daily radio traffic for lifts and maintenance teams.
• Track lift malfunctions and coordinate with technicians for repairs.
• Maintain detailed records during downtimes and escalations.
• Communicate across departments to support safe lift operations.
• Assist with related duties as assigned, including equipment checks.
