Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or GED.
• Experience with ski lifts is a plus but not required.
• Must have a valid unrestricted US Driver’s License.
• Professional two-way radio use and multi-line phone experience is needed.
• Basic computer skills for operations and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch daily radio traffic to maintenance and operations.
• Track lift malfunctions and issue work orders for downtime.
• Maintain detailed chronological records of events during extended downtimes.
• Inform management of any developments affecting maintenance records.
• Create a positive work atmosphere while assisting guests and staff.
