Job summary

UPS is seeking a seasonal supervisor to lead safety, production and attendance within a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will foster a positive, team-oriented culture and maintain high standards for productivity and accuracy across all shifts.

The role emphasizes training, leadership, and adherence to safety policies while collaborating with management and customers to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensures safety policies and procedures are followed and that work meets department standards.
• Manages resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
