Job summary

UPS is seeking a seasonal supervisor to lead safety, productivity and attendance in our warehouse teams. You will supervise, train, and develop workgroups while upholding high standards for accuracy, customer service, and efficiency.

You will build good relationships across employees and management, facilitate training, ensure compliance with safety policies, and drive continuous improvement through coaching and development plans.

Qualifications

• Must be physically capable of lifting up to 70 lbs/32 kg.
• Flexible shift availability; up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensure employees adhere to safety policies and procedures.
• Manage department resources to maximize output and efficiency.
• Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment.
• Implement employee development plans.
