Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National or eligible to work in the U.S.
• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent preferred
• Management experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, cooperation, and safety.
• Establishes positive, team-oriented environment with proactive communication across departments.
• Implements employee development plans to ensure growth of department personnel.
• Ensures adherence to safety policies and government requirements at all times.
