UPS is seeking a Seasonal Supervisor to lead safety, production and attendance initiatives in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The role focuses on setting high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, and safety while fostering strong cross-team relations.

The incumbent will supervise, train, develop, and motivate workgroups, implementing development plans and coaching to support ongoing professional growth.

Competenze

• Able to lift up to 70 lbs/32 kg.
• Able to work flexible shifts up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
