Job summary

UPS is seeking a seasonal supervisor to oversee safety, production, and attendance. You will train and develop workgroups, maintain high standards for accuracy and customer service, and foster strong relationships across all levels of the organization.

The role emphasizes leadership, compliance with safety policies, and continuous improvement in a dynamic warehouse environment. Candidates should be able to work flexible shifts and have a Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent (preferred).

Qualifications

• Lift up to 70 lbs (32 kg) and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensures adherence to safety policies and procedures at all times, within all applicable requirements.
• Manages department resources for maximum output, accuracy and efficiency.
• Establishes a positive, team-oriented work environment with proactive communication.
• Implements personal development plans for department personnel.
• Conducts orientation, training, and ongoing coaching for staff.
