You will recruit, train, and schedule seasonal Virtual Tax Professionals, monitor performance metrics, and coach the team to ensure high-quality work. The role emphasizes IRS transcript analysis and handling client escalations with a focus on compliance.

Formación

• 3+ years of tax experience and supervisory skills.
