Job summary

Partner Company is seeking a remote leader to supervise a team of seasonal tax professionals, ensuring high-quality tax preparation and an exceptional customer experience. The role requires a credentialed tax pro with strong leadership and mentoring skills.

You will coach and mentor staff, ensure compliance with IRS Circular 230, the Internal Revenue Code, and state regulations, and oversee daily support operations while acting as an escalation point for customer concerns.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of tax preparation experience, including Form 1065 and 1120-S.
• Active PTIN and credentials: EA, CPA, or practicing tax attorney.
• Strong knowledge of tax software and Microsoft Office; remote work capable.
• Remote work from within the United States.
• Demonstrated leadership with coaching tax professionals.

Responsibilities
