Responsibilities

• Serves customers in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Hires, trains and oversees prep cooks, line cooks, kitchen assistants and dishwashers.
• Coordinates with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation of orders.
• Portions, arranges and garnishes food; serves to waitstaff or guests; plans menus; monitors inventory and orders.
• Maintains a clean, orderly cook station following health guidelines.
• Assumes leadership in Head Chef's absence.
• Sets up orders, deliveries, and pickups with vendors.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
