Job summary

You will partner with the General Manager, supervise snow removal in winter, monitor health and safety compliance, and maintain records of hours, materials, and project progress while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years in landscape maintenance, construction, or snow operations.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to interpret site plans, snow maps, work orders, and client specifications.
• Supervisory or crew leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations and coordinate maintenance crews.
• Assist with snow removal operations during winter months.
