Qualifications

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience.
• Customer-focused with strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Availability to work 10–15 hours per week with possible extra hours.
• Flexibility to work varied days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand, walk, climb a ladder, and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Genuine interest in cooking, baking, entertaining, and Le Creuset brand.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales Results: Achieve individual sales, service, and KPI goals by engaging customers and communicating promotions.
• Create Exceptional Customer Experiences: Build relationships, provide personalized service, and share product knowledge.
• Support Daily Store Operations: Assist with POS, replenishment, inventory, merchandising, and operations.
• Maintain Brand and Store Standards: Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
• Contribute to the Store Team: Collaborate with teammates and adapt to changing priorities during the season.
