Job summary

Le Creuset is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate for Round Rock Premium Outlets, TX. You will help create exceptional customer experiences, share knowledge about cooking and entertaining, and support the store team during the busy holiday season.

This temporary position extends through January 8, 2027 and offers part-time hours. You will engage customers, drive sales, handle POS transactions, and help maintain a welcoming store atmosphere in line with Le Creuset’s standards.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred (not required).
• Customer-focused with strong communication and teamwork.
• Availability for 10–15 hours per week with a flexible schedule.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods, climb a ladder, and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Genuine interest in cooking, entertaining and the Le Creuset brand.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales results by engaging customers and promoting promotions.
