Sur La Table is seeking a Seasonal Kitchen Assistant to support chefs, engage guests, and keep a clean, organized kitchen during classes and events. You will help drive guest satisfaction through attentive service and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring a passion for cooking, hospitality, and customer service, with availability for a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Food prep and/or kitchen operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand and create memorable customer experiences.
• Assist chefs with class execution and maintain kitchen safety.
• Restock, clean, and organize kitchen and class spaces.
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
