Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills; leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience and drive KPIs like UPT and ADT.
• Support store leadership and run the store when the Manager is away.
• Assist with planograms, store maps, walls, fixtures, and merchandising mix.
• Process sales at the register and manage shortages/overages with the Store Manager.
• Train and coach new Sales Associates as needed to help them acclimate to the team.
• Maintain stock room organization and store tidiness.
