Qualifications

• Ability to communicate clearly with leadership and staff.
• Experience supervising volunteers and paid bell ringers is preferred.
• Must be able to operate with safety in a fast-paced vehicle environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive an insured Salvation Army vehicle to transport bell ringers and equipment during Red Kettle Campaign.
• Drip off and pick up bell ringers in predetermined routes and secure kettles.
• Document bellringer times and ensure accuracy of related forms.
• Assist in delivering kettles, bells, and aprons to kettle sites and secure equipment.
• Monitor safety of bell ringers and report incidents to supervisor immediately.
• Ensure kettles, bells, and aprons are safely stored and returned after shifts.
• Coordinate data entry with the Kettle Coordinator and keep vehicles fueled and ready for next day.
• Support end-of-season inventory and preparation for next year.
