The Salvation Army USA Central Territory is seeking a Kettle Driver to operate an insured Salvation Army vehicle during the Red Kettle Campaign season (November–December). You will transport bell ringers and kettles, promote the organization, and maintain safety and vehicle readiness throughout each shift.

Responsibilities include dropping off and picking up bell ringers, securing kettles, documenting times, and ensuring data accuracy.

Competenze

• Able to speak, write and understand English sufficiently for leadership communication.
• Background checks required; results reviewed.
• Valid driver's license and driver qualification per Salvation Army standards.

Mansioni

• Drive an insured Salvation Army vehicle to transport bell ringers and equipment.
• Drip off and pick up bell ringers in a pre-determined area and ensure kettle stands are secured.
• Assist with kettle placement at corps locations and document time for bellringers.
• Ensure forms related to bellringing are accurate and data entered correctly.
• Deliver kettles and equipment to bellringers and monitor safety throughout shifts.
• Report concerns and incidents to supervisor immediately and keep vehicles clean and fueled.
• Secure daily funds, organize supplies for next day, and coordinate data with the Kettle Coordinator.
