Job summary

Responsibilities

• Use knowledge of geographic area to drop off and pick up bell ringers in order and securely attach kettles to stands
• Assist with placement of kettles at corps locations by October 31
• Document time for bellringers and ensure accuracy of bell ringing forms
• Deliver kettles and equipment to bell ringers at sites as assigned
• Monitor safety and activity of bell ringers during shifts
• Report concerns and incidents to supervisor immediately
• Ensure kettles, bells, and aprons are secured and returned safely
• Organize kettles and supplies for next day''s activities
• Coordinate with Kettle Coordinator for accurate data entry for workers and sites
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and fuel needs; prepare vehicles for next day
