Job summary

You will visit kettle sites, secure locations, coordinate peak hour coverage, and oversee paperwork while engaging with community partners. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the Salvation Army Christmas Kettle campaign at local sites.
• Meet kettle site managers, secure locations, and coordinate scheduling.
• Recruit volunteers and staff for kettle shifts with coverage at peak times.
• Prepare reports, oversee paperwork, and ensure accurate cash handling.
• Coordinate communications, donations, and recognition letters.
