Job summary

The Salvation Army USA Western Territory is seeking a Christmas Kettle Coordinator to oversee the preparation and management of our local kettle campaign. You will coordinate locations, volunteers, schedules, and communications to maximize donations and ensure compliance with policy.

This full-time, non-exempt role reports to the EDS Administrative Assistant. You will recruit volunteers, manage kettle equipment, prepare reports, and coordinate with stores to optimize peak foot traffic during the

Qualifications

• College degree preferred but not required.
• 2 years' experience in analytics, sales, or related fields.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the Salvation Army Kettle program.
• Visit kettle locations and secure site approvals.
• Coordinate locations, managers, and permissions for kettles.
• Schedule volunteers and kettle workers to cover peak times.
• Oversee training of volunteers and staff.
