Job summary

The Salvation Army Northern Division is seeking a Kettle Coordinator in Minnesota to manage day-to-day Red Kettle Campaign operations, hire seasonal staff, schedule volunteers, and track campaign activity. This fully site-based role supports kettle locations and route operations, with emphasis on timekeeping, data entry, and on-site supervision.

Work is seasonal through December 2026, 25 hours per week at $15 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience coordinating employees, volunteers, schedules, or similar operations preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and meet Salvation Army motor vehicle record requirements.

Responsibilities

• Hire and onboard seasonal bell ringers and kettle drivers; provide orientation and training.
• Maintain accurate timekeeping records for seasonal employees; submit records on payroll timelines.
• Develop and communicate daily schedules for employees and volunteers; manage call-offs and coverage needs.
• Coordinate placement, pickup, and movement of kettles and related equipment; support locations and ensure equipment functioning.
