The Salvation Army Northern Division Brainerd is seeking a seasonal Kettle Coordinator to hire and train bell ringers and kettle drivers, manage time sheets, and coordinate kettle placement across locations. The role supports the Red Kettle Campaign with 40 hours per week at $16.50 per hour, through December 25, 2026, at 208 South 5th Street, Brainerd, MN 56401.

Qualifications

• Must pass background checks.
• Valid driver's license and meet MVR requirements.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Hire and orient bell ringers/kettle drivers (20%).
• Manage time sheets for paid bell ringers/kettle drivers (20%).
• Distribute daily schedules, resolve scheduling issues (20%).
• Oversee kettle placement and pickup; visit sites to thank volunteers (20%).
• Enter and track data on collections and bell ringer hours (10%).
• Assist with route coverage to support operations as needed (10%).
