The Boys and Girls Clubs of the Fox Valley is hiring Junior Staff to work this upcoming summer at our Appleton and Menasha Branches.

• $12.00/hour
• Part-time or Full-time opportunities

The Junior Staff will be responsible for assisting in daily programs and activities, such as computer lab, arts and crafts, physical education, and more. They will also provide guidance and role modeling to the members.

Qualifications:

• Be currently enrolled in High School.
• Basic knowledge of youth development.
• Demonstrate skills and ability to motivate and inspire and project confidence to assist in the control of a safe and positive youth development environment.
• Ability to work with others and assist as needed including developing solutions to problems and managing multiple tasks.

Working Conditions:

May work in environments not temperature controlled including outdoors, with minimal safety/health hazard potential. Frequently position self to maintain eye level with young people of various ages and sit and stand for long periods of time. Must function effectively in loud environments with high energy for long periods of time. Occasional lifting (overhead, waist level) from floor, bending, frequent near vision use for reading and computer use; frequent stressful conditions possible (cardiovascular).
