Job summary

Vail Resorts is seeking a PC Technician: Senior Coordinator to deliver on-site IT support at a winter seasonal location. You will handle end-user support for hardware and peripherals, assist with procurement, and help maintain SOPs while mentoring teammates.

The role emphasizes safety and guest service as part of delivering an Experience of a Lifetime. The position requires IT experience, the ability to work on-site, and a willingness to ski or snowboard.

Qualifications

• Positive, enthusiastic demeanor and guest service orientation.
• Familiar with enterprise technology support environments.
• Ability to sit/stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT hardware/software support on-site.
• Assist with procurement and maintain documentation/SOPs.
