Qualifications

• 2 years of inventory or finance/accounting administrative support experience (preferred).
• Background in banking or accounting is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with inventory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Validate shipping weights on incoming/outgoing STOs; investigate discrepancies.
• Generate grower tags for accurate receiving/tracking and payment to Grower Members.
• Develop inventory entries and tags for manufacturing operations; enact status changes as needed.
• Create Production Report Recaps detailing product usage, hours, downtime, and yields.
• Track DC product loss/gain and adjust SAP within tolerance.
• Research and identify causes for out-of-tolerance discrepancies.
