Blue Diamond Growers is seeking a Data Admin Coordinator for a 6-month seasonal assignment in Salida, California. The role ensures real-time, accurate inventory levels and resolves discrepancies under minimal supervision.
The ideal candidate has 2 years of inventory or finance/accounting support experience and a background in banking or accounting. Strong Excel and office software skills are required, with occasional weekend/overtime as scheduled.

This is a seasonal position expected to last 6 months.
Under minimal supervision, the Data Admin Coordinator ensures real-time and accurate inventory levels are maintained for the Salida facilities. Identifies inventory discrepancies as they occur and enacts the appropriate procedures to resolve errors. This is an administrative position, and the ideal candidate will have a background in banking or accounting.

This is a standard office setting with typical office equipment and controlled temperatures. Occasionally requires walking out to warehouse, cold storage, and production areas to verify counts where forklift traffic, heavy machinery, and almond dust are present.
