Blue Diamond Growers is hiring a Data Admin Coordinator to ensure real-time, accurate inventory levels for Salida facilities. Under minimal supervision, you will identify discrepancies and apply procedures to resolve errors in a banking/accounting style environment.
The role focuses on validating weights, generating grower tags for timely payments, and maintaining accurate manufacturing records. This is a seasonal position with a 6‑month horizon and includes weekend/overtime as needed.

Under minimal supervision, the Data Admin Coordinator ensures real-time and accurate inventory levels are maintained for the Salida facilities. Identifies inventory discrepancies as they occur and enacts the appropriate procedures to resolve errors. This is an administrative position, and the ideal candidate will have a background in banking or accounting.
This is a standard office setting with typical office equipment and controlled temperatures. Occasionally requires walking out to warehouse, cold storage and production areas to verify counts where forklift traffic, heavy machinery, and almond dust are present.
