Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a Seasonal Inventory Control Associate to assist in maintaining store inventory accuracy and stock readiness on the sales floor. You will support the Receiving and Inventory Control Specialist and help ensure timely processing of all inventory transactions.

The role focuses on accurate merchandise handling, adherence to Loss Prevention guidelines, and maintaining a neat stock room while meeting UPH targets and company standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail inventory processes is a plus.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Assist Receiving and Inventory Control Specialist in maintaining store inventory control.
• Ensure merchandise is prepared for selling floor and stock room is organized.
• Process incoming/outbound inventory with accuracy and adherence to company policies.
• Tag and ticket merchandise, support loss prevention guidelines.
• Maintain clean, orderly stock rooms and meet productivity targets (UPH).
• Adhere to local, state, and company policies and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
