Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a Seasonal Inventory Control Associate to support the Receiving and Inventory Control Specialist in maintaining store inventory accuracy and ensuring the sales floor is stocked. You will assist with inbound/outbound inventory, verify deliveries, and keep the stockroom organized in line with company policies.

The role emphasizes service, teamwork, and adherence to Loss Prevention guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture and exceed expectations.
• Process all incoming/outbound inventory with accuracy.
• Verify merchandise deliveries are compliant and accurate.
• Prepare merchandise for the selling floor per guidelines.
• Place EAS tags on merchandise before moving to floor.
• Input freight information accurately in the systems.
• Execute RTVs, orders, transfers, re-tickets or markdowns efficiently.
• Maintain productivity toward UPH targets.
• Keep stock room neat and compliant with policies.
• Adhere to local, state laws and company procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Demonstrate professionalism in communication and teamwork.
