Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a Seasonal Inventory Control Associate to support Receiving and Inventory Control functions, ensuring stock accuracy and readiness on the sales floor. You will process incoming/outgoing inventory, verify deliveries, and maintain a clean, organized stock room while adhering to loss prevention guidelines and company procedures.

As part of our seasonally focused team, you will collaborate with store staff and management to meet UPH targets, maintain ticketing and signage

Qualifications

• Experience in inbound/outbound inventory processes
• Ability to meet UPH targets
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed expectations to build customer relationships
• Process all incoming/outbound inventory with accuracy
• Verify merchandise deliveries are compliant and accurate to Company standards
• Ensure merchandise is prepared for the selling floor and complies with ticketing and signage guidelines
• Place EAS tags on merchandise before moving to the sales floor
• Input freight information accurately through appropriate systems
• Execute RTVs, orders, transfers, re-tickets or markdowns per policies
• Maintain productivity to meet UPH targets
• Keep stock room neat and compliant with guidelines
• Adhere to local, state laws and company policies
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Demonstrate professionalism in communication and teamwork
