Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a Seasonal Inventory Control Associate to support Receiving and Inventory Control in maintaining store stock levels and accuracy. You will help ensure the sales floor is fully stocked and merchandise flows smoothly to the floor, while following company policies and Loss Prevention guidelines.

This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork to meet UPH targets and support our sales goals during peak seasons.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to maintain accurate inventory.
  • Ability to foster a service and selling culture.
  • Maintain a neat and orderly stock room and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Foster a service and selling culture; exceed overall expectations to build long-standing customer relationships.
  • Process all incoming/outbound inventory with accuracy.
  • Verify all merchandise deliveries are compliant and accurate to Company standards.
  • Ensure all merchandise is prepared for the selling floor and complies with all company ticketing and signage guidelines.
  • Place EAS tags on merchandise before moving it to the sales floor.
  • Ensure timely input for all freight information through the appropriate systems.
  • Execute all RTVs, orders, transfers, re-tickets or mark downs as required.
  • Maintain productivity by meeting UPH targets.
  • Adhere to local, state, and federal laws and company policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
  • Demonstrate professionalism in communication and teamwork with customers, teammates and vendors.
