Boot Barn is seeking a Seasonal Inventory Control Associate to support the Receiving and Inventory Control Specialist in maintaining store inventory accuracy and ready-to-sell stock. Responsibilities

• Foster service and selling culture; exceed expectations to build customer relationships.
• Process all incoming/outbound inventory with accuracy.
• Verify deliveries are compliant and accurate to company standards.
• Prepare merchandise for the selling floor and comply with ticketing and signage guidelines.
• Tag merchandise with EAS tags before moving to floor.
• Input freight information accurately in systems.
• Execute RTVs, orders, transfers, re-tickets or markdowns per policies.
• Maintain high UPH productivity.
• Keep stockroom neat and compliant with guidelines.
• Adhere to laws and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
