Job summary

Boot Barn seeks a Seasonal Inventory Control Associate to support the Receiving and Inventory Control Specialist in maintaining store inventory accuracy. The role ensures merchandise is stocked on the floor to enhance the customer experience and supports sales goals.

The associate helps keep the stock room clean and organized, processes shipments, tags merchandise, and complies with company standards and loss prevention guidelines.

Qualifications

• Process all incoming/outbound inventory with accuracy.
• Verify all merchandise deliveries are compliant and accurate to Company standards.
• Place EAS tags on merchandise before moving it to the sales floor in accordance with Loss Prevention guidelines.
• Ensure timely and accurate input for all freight information through the appropriate systems.
• Maintain a neat and orderly stock room that is compliant with all Company/State guidelines.
• Demonstrate high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with customers, teammates, corporate partners and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Process all incoming/outbound inventory with accuracy.

• Execute RTVs, orders, transfers, re-tickets or mark downs according to Company policies.
• Maintain a neat and orderly stock room and adhere to all local, state and company guidelines.
• Demonstrate professionalism in communication and teamwork with customers and colleagues.
