Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a Seasonal Inventory Control Associate to support the Receiving and Inventory Control Specialist. You will help maintain inventory accuracy and ensure the selling floor is stocked to promote a positive customer experience and achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities include processing shipments, verifying deliveries, tagging merchandise, and maintaining an organized stock room. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Flexibility with scheduling and willing to work extended hours when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Process all incoming/outbound inventory with accuracy.
• Verify all merchandise deliveries are compliant and accurate to Company standards.
• Ensure merchandise is prepared for the selling floor and complies with all company ticketing and signage guidelines.
