Job summary

Boot Barn seeks a Seasonal Inventory Control Associate to assist the Receiving and Inventory Control Specialist in maintaining store inventory accuracy. You will help ensure the sales floor is stocked and ready, with proper tagging and system updates to support replenishment.

The role emphasizes a service-oriented selling culture, timely processing of shipments, and strict adherence to company policies to support our stock integrity and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Assist Receiving and Inventory Control Specialist in inventory accuracy.
• Maintain a neat and orderly stock room and ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures and applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed expectations to build customer relationships.
• Process all incoming/outbound inventory with accuracy.
• Verify all merchandise deliveries are compliant and accurate to Company standards.
• Ensure merchandise is prepared for the selling floor and complies with ticketing and signage guidelines.
• Place EAS tags on merchandise before moving it to the sales floor.
• Input freight information into the appropriate systems in a timely manner.
• Execute RTVs, transfers, re-tickets or markdowns per policy.
• Maintain productivity to meet UPH targets.
• Perform duties maintaining a clean, organized stock room.
• Demonstrate professionalism in communication and teamwork.
