Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a Seasonal Inventory Control Associate to support the Receiving and Inventory Control Specialist. You will assist in maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring the sales floor is stocked with merchandise to promote a positive customer experience and meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• Experience handling inbound/outbound inventory with accuracy.
• Maintain neat, organized stock rooms and ensure shelves are stocked.
• Follow company ticketing, signage guidelines and Loss Prevention rules.
• Meet UPH targets and support timely freight processing.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; build customer relationships.
• Process all incoming/outbound inventory with accuracy.
• Verify merchandise deliveries are compliant and accurate to standards.
• Ensure merchandise is ready for selling floor and tagged per guidelines.
• Input freight information accurately in systems.
• Execute RTVs, transfers, re-tickets and markdowns per policy.
• Maintain stock room cleanliness and organization.
• Comply with local, state, and company policies.
