Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a Seasonal Inventory Control Associate to assist the Receiving and Inventory Control Specialist in maintaining store inventory. The role ensures the sales floor is stocked and merchandise moves accurately to support sales goals.

Duties include processing inbound/outbound inventory, verifying deliveries, tagging, inputting freight data, and maintaining a clean, organized stock room while adhering to company policies.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed expectations to build relationships.
• Process all inbound/outbound inventory with accuracy.
• Verify merchandise deliveries are compliant and accurate to Company standards.
• Ensure merchandise is prepared for selling floor and complies with ticketing/signage guidelines.
• Place EAS tags on merchandise before moving to the sales floor.
• Input freight information accurately into the appropriate systems.
• Execute RTVs, orders, transfers, re-tickets or markdowns per Company policies.
• Maintain high productivity by achieving UPH targets.
• Keep the stock room neat, organized, and compliant with Company/State guidelines.
