2020 Companies is hiring a seasonal Shift Manager for Intel's Pop-Up Store in New York, NY 10173. You will lead a team of Intel Promoters, oversee interactive technology demonstrations, and act as the primary liaison for Intel leadership and store management.

This hands-on leadership role focuses on customer engagement, operational excellence, and team motivation. Schedule runs from November 2, 2026 to December 15, 2026, with a typical shift 11:30 a.m.–7:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail or sales management experience in consumer electronics or events.
• Excellent communication, conflict-resolution, and organizational skills.
• Strong tech interest and ability to learn Intel product features quickly.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the pop-up store.
• Lead, coach, and motivate Intel Promoters to meet engagement and sales goals.

• Monitor floor activity, customer traffic, and staffing to ensure smooth operations.

Overview

2020 Companies is hiring a seasonal Shift Manager for Intel's Pop-Up Store to lead the team, drive customer engagement, and ensure seamless operations!

We're looking for a seasonal Shift Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the Intel Experience Pop-Up Store in NYC. In this role, you'll manage a team of Intel Promoters, oversee interactive technology demonstrations, and act as the key point of contact for Intel leadership and store management. This is a hands-on leadership position focused on customer engagement, operational excellence, and team motivation.

Schedule & Compensation

November 2, 2026 - December 15, 2026

Monday-Sunday availability, including holidays as needed

Primarily 11:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.

$42 per hour + completion bonus

Must be available Thanksgiving Day and Black Friday

• Excellent communication, conflict-resolution, and organizational skills
• Strong tech interest and ability to learn Intel product features quickly
• Smartphone and reliable transportation required
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs
