2020 Companies is hiring a seasonal Shift Lead for Intel’s Pop-Up Store in New York. You will support the Shift Manager, lead a team of Intel Promoters, and ensure an exceptional in-store experience.

This role blends leadership with hands-on demos and customer engagement, driving daily operations in a fast-paced setting. The position runs November 2, 2026 – December 15, 2026, with weekend availability and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year retail leadership experience preferred (keyholder, team lead, or assistant manager).
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to coach and motivate team.
• Confident leading in fast-paced environment and making decisions.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Shift Manager in overseeing daily floor operations.
• Provide real-time coaching and feedback to Intel Promoters.
• Manage scheduling, breaks, and staff coverage for events.
• Serve as a point of contact for customer or operational escalations.
• Lead by example through customer engagement and product demos.
• Support event reporting and ensure timely documentation.
