• 2+ years retail or sales management experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams in high-volume environments.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong tech interest and ability to learn Intel product features quickly.
• Smartphone and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the pop-up store.
• Lead, coach, and motivate Intel Promoters to meet engagement and sales goals.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Intel leadership and store management.
• Monitor floor activity, customer traffic, and staffing needs.
• Handle escalations and deliver outstanding customer service.
