Job summary

On is seeking a Seasonal Store Advisor for our Aventura, FL store to deliver a premium, individualized guest experience. You will embody the Cloud CX philosophy, guide guests through personalized product education, and ensure seamless shopping journeys with a meticulous approach to store visuals and inventory.

You will join a team focused on authentic service, collaboration, and excellence, with shifts including nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Qualifications

1+ years in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing environments delivering quality experiences.
Growth mindset and coachability for learning products/processes.
Highly reliable with a track record of adhering to SOPs and performing consistently.
Strong communication skills with a team-first attitude and collaborative spirit.
Willingness to work night shifts, weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

Deliver a premium, individualized in-store experience following our Cloud CX philosophy.
Assist guests with personalized product education and try-on rituals to resolve hesitations.
Maintain premium visual standards and accurate inventory, supporting On’s brand positioning.
Collaborate with store team and leadership to ensure smooth shift transitions and operations.
