Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Travel within a reasonable radius to support market staffing as business needs require.
• Cover pharmacist scheduling gaps and act as the Pharmacy Manager's proxy when needed.
• Support safe and accurate prescription fulfillment following workflow procedures.
• Assist with immunizations and patient counseling to improve care outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with laws, regulations, and CVS Health policies.
