Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a District Support Pharmacist (DSP) to cover pharmacist shifts across stores within the district and support the Pharmacy Manager. You will help manage pharmacy operations, ensure safe dispensing, counsel patients, and support immunization services.

This part-time role requires an active pharmacist license in the store state, travel within a reasonable radius, and the ability to work nights and weekends. Anticipated weekly hours are 24, with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• Ability to travel within a reasonable radius to support market staffing as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Traveling the district to fill pharmacist shifts and oversee the pharmacy operations.
• Support safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and patient counseling.
• Administer immunizations and coach pharmacy team on immunization procedures.
• Cover Pharmacy Manager duties as needed and act as proxy during shifts.
