• Comfortable working in dark, loud environments with strobe effects and guests nearby.

Responsibilities

• Traffic Flow Management: guide guests and keep lines moving, ensuring a smooth guest experience.
• Customer Service: provide friendly, professional assistance and explain rules and layout.
• Event Operations: assist with setup/teardown and maintain a clean, ready space.
• Safety and Security: stay alert to hazards and assist in maintaining a secure environment.
