Job summary

Baptist Health’s Boca Raton Regional Hospital seeks a Direct Patient Care RN for its Seasonal Nursing Pool in Boca Raton. This temporary per diem nursing role requires 12-, 16-, 18-, or 24-week contracts with shifts including three 12-hour blocks per week and alternating weekends.

You must be an ASN-eligible RN in FL with BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP (unit dependent). Seasonal staff do not accrue PTO or participate in standard benefit programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum Required Experience: 2 years.
• ASN and licensed RN in Florida; BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP depending on unit.
• Seasonal Nursing Pool is temporary, requires contract commitments.

Responsibilities

• Float to all areas within the hospital as needed.
• Work three 12-hour shifts per week and every other weekend.
