Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the ice re-surfacer to prepare and maintain the skating surface for continuous use.
• Enforce arena rules and maintain order during shifts.
• Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of arena facilities.
• Handle opening/closing tasks and point-of-sale operations in the pro shop as needed.
• Coordinate with staff on duty to manage schedules and facility operations.
• Assist and respond to patron inquiries and event crowd control.
